Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through Canada Post's website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped to the United States and EU countries:
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
- Materos Unidos is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
